1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Preservers platform ("Platform"), website, or any services provided by Preservers Cybersec Labs Pvt. Ltd. ("Preservers," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. These Terms apply to all users, including but not limited to organizations, administrators, security teams, and end users.

2. Description of Services

Preservers provides an AI-native cybersecurity platform that includes:

• Advanced threat detection and intelligence
• AI-powered vulnerability assessment and prioritization
• Real-time security monitoring and alerting
• Automated remediation orchestration
• Security analytics and reporting
• Third-party risk monitoring and supply chain security

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time with or without notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Requirements

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You must maintain and update your account information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

3.2 Security Responsibilities

As a cybersecurity platform, we expect users to maintain appropriate security practices, including using strong passwords, enabling multi-factor authentication where available, and promptly reporting security incidents.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services:

• In violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or security standards
• To conduct unauthorized security testing or penetration testing of third-party systems
• To engage in any malicious activities, including malware distribution or cyberattacks
• To reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our proprietary algorithms
• To interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

• All rights, title, and interest in the Services belong to Preservers
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to:

7. Payment Terms

8. Service Level and Availability

• 100% detection rate for all vulnerabilities or attacks
• Prevention of all security incidents

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Preservers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Preservers and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms:

• Upon written notice for material breach
• Immediately for violation of the Acceptable Use Policy
• Upon non-payment of fees
• At the end of your subscription period (with proper notice)

Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
